Jamillah and Aladdin
Summary
12 year-old Jamillah, the youngest in a big family, is tired of being bossed around and longs for adventure. One day she discovers a lamp in her grandfather’s attic, out of which comes the Genie who transports her to ancient Baghdad where she meets Aladdin. All Jamillah has to do is rub the lamp, say the magic word and she is taken back in time! Jamillah is a modern girl with all ideas and solutions that come from the 21st century.
